Auxi stores the account details, vehicle issue description, selected safety signals and files you submit so it can prepare and retain your issue brief. A private share link is created only when you choose to enable it. Do not submit information you do not have permission to share.

What we store

Your account details, country or region, vehicle model and year, issue description, selected safety signals, uploaded files and saved issue brief.

Sharing

Your issue is private by default. A repairer or other recipient can see it only after you create and send a time-limited private link. You can revoke that link from the issue page.

What not to submit

Do not include a full VIN, payment-card details, government identifiers, or personal information that is not needed to describe the vehicle issue.
